Starry night
"Starry, Starry Night"
"Starry Night" 70 x 50cm - mixed technique - 2012
Starry night, this picture is in my mind when I was 5. The atmosphere of this picture reminds me of carefree times when I was a kid. Van Gogh felt the same thing in his work with cypress "Starry Night" Excellent work! I think the atmosphere in a painting is the most important element of it. If you want to send a message to the viewer's right to pass through the atmosphere and then compositional elements. I hope I managed to restore the beauty of a winter night with starry sky and the colors of my childhood!

"In viaggio"
in english :) : "The voiage"
There are works, which initially have a concrete direction for both chromatic and compositional evolution, but others have the opposite starting point of the final.
"In viaggio" 50 x 50 cm - mixed technique - 2010 I call them works that surprise you at the end or "dominant works". Why dominant?
I mean they dominate and surprise artist and not vice versa.
"In Viaggio" initially had a total different direction and as I said above, it took me finally just near "the island of elephants" in Africa.
After a few chromatic overlapping stages, hoping that I will get a regular abstract, I decided to avoid traditional materials of expression, and I used a cloth soaked in diluted lake, so after a few gestures, the work came to LIFE!
It is important to choose when you give chance to work in those moments miracle happens! Becomes the most successful work!
